How much does VenueDirector cost?
Starter is $49 per venue per month billed annually ($588 a year), or $59 billed monthly. Pro is $99 per venue per month billed annually ($1,188 a year), or $119 billed monthly. Every plan includes unlimited users and events, with no setup fees and no contracts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro, and you don’t need a credit card. If you need more time, we can extend it once on request. There is no free plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven’t chosen a plan by then, your account becomes read-only and we keep your data for 60 days, so you can choose a plan and carry on where you left off.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Your first payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. There are no contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
How does pricing work for more than one venue?
You pay per venue (location), and each additional venue is 30% off. For 5 or more venues, or a hospitality group, email hello@venuedirector.com and we’ll talk it through.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
It marks features that aren’t built yet. Online card payments and deposits are coming to both plans; ACH bank payments and a shared inbox for client emails are coming to Pro.
Can I sign up now?
VenueDirector is in early access. Paid plans open once proposals and e-signature are ready. Until then, join the early-access list and we’ll get in touch when there’s a place for your venue.
What is a founding venue?
One of the first 25 venues on VenueDirector. Founding venues get Pro for the Starter price ($49 a month billed annually, or $59 billed monthly), locked in for as long as they stay subscribed, and pay nothing until proposals and e-signature work on their account. In return we ask for a short onboarding call and honest feedback.
